Registration - $120 per four-member team

32 team limit per gender per grade

Due to capacity limitations, participation in the 2024 Games will be limited to 32 teams per gender per grade. (For example, only 32 girls teams from the 3rd Grade will be accepted.) Please note that registration is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE and that absolutely no exceptions to this 32-team limit will be made.

Event Times

Before signing up, please keep in mind that this year's competition will be split into two sessions, with Grades K thru 2 competing from 12:30pm to 3:00pm, and Grades 3 thru 5 competing from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Please check to be sure your team is available for their session before signing up.

Registration Instructions

Please read the following instructions BEFORE entering the registration site, since the process and the information required has changed somewhat from last year. If you have any questions about registration, please email us at info@whiterockgames.com.

  1. REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT. You must first create an account on the registration system prior to entering specific team information. Once you have established an account, you'll be able to register multiple teams, make changes to your team's roster or information, and check on the status of your team's waivers.
  2. SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESSES REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. To help us more easily comply with legal waiver requirements, a valid parent email address is now required for EACH participant, so that waiver forms can be sent directly to each household for completion. Please have all of your team's email addresses handy before beginning the registration process.
  3. REMINDER: In order to participate, each child MUST submit a current waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Children for whom there is no current 2024 waiver on file will not be allowed to compete.
